Rustins Quick Drying Stain Blocker and Multi-Surface Primer is a quick drying water based matt white Stain Blocker for interior and exterior use, with excellent adhesion to wood, plaster, paint, mortar, ceramic tiles, concrete and other previously painted surfaces.
It will seal all stains that may bleed through and dis-colour paint e.g. nicotine, crayon, rust, soot and dry water.
When dry, it can be painted with any type of paint and undercoat.
